1. Who we are

PuzzleForge ("we", "the service") is operated by Diego Carrasco (24apps.cc). You can reach us at diego@24apps.cc for any privacy-related question.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: your e-mail address and password (hashed). If you sign in with Google, GitHub or Facebook, we receive the e-mail address and basic profile information those providers share.
• Generated puzzles: the puzzles you create are stored so you can revisit, solve and share them.
• Usage data: anonymous, privacy-friendly analytics (visit counts) via GoatCounter; no tracking cookies, no fingerprinting.
• Rate-limit data: anonymous session identifiers to enforce fair-use limits.

3. What we do with it

We use your data only to provide the service: operating your account, storing and rendering your puzzles, sending optional account e-mails (such as confirmation messages), and preventing abuse. We never sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Third-party services

If you use social login, the authentication is handled by the respective provider (Google, GitHub or Facebook) under their own privacy policies. Hosting and analytics providers process data strictly on our behalf.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and puzzle data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the contact e-mail above.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will publish the updated version on this page. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
