By accessing PuzzleForge ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

PuzzleForge generates Sudoku and Word Search puzzles for personal and educational use. The service is provided free of charge; fair-use limits apply to puzzle generation.

3. Cuentas

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
• Do not use automated tooling to extract content or generate puzzles in bulk beyond the provided API limits.
• Do not misrepresent yourself or use the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

Puzzles you generate are yours to print and share. The PuzzleForge name, design and source code remain the property of their author.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
